Quivira Los Cabos Continues To Make Progress

Construction on the $1.5 billion investment development project moves forward as planned. The first phase of the luxury residential resort community’s infrastructure was recently completed and crews are now working on phase two. Phase one’s infrastructure will service the future site of The Ritz-Carlton Los Cabos, Quivira.

Phase two includes continuous construction on one of two planned Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses within the development, which broke ground in late 2008. The first 18 holes are scheduled to be completed in Spring 2010. Crews are also working on the foundation, roads and infrastructure of the Nicklaus-branded community, a joint venture between Quivira and Jack Nicklaus announced in October 2008, expected to be one of the most sought-after beachfront and mountain-side golf communities in the world.
