Course Overview
The centerpiece of Cordillera Ranch is the 7,464-yard Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. With its stunning water features and natural limestone canyons, the course embraces and captures the authentic Texas Hill Country beauty and character to provide an extraordinary golf experience. Early on, Nicklaus and the development team made a commitment to design a truly unique course. Rather than fronting homesites on both sides of the fairway, homes are nestled among acreage estates and set far back from the course, hidden by rolling hills, live oak trees and native grasses.
Numerous holes take full advantage of the dramatic elevation change and offer 25-mile views of the Guadalupe River Valley. Other holes play across and through the middle of 40-foot canyon walls, while six holes offer the strategy and beauty of water cascading along fairways.
Cordillera Ranch is an 8,700-acre master planned residential community located north of San Antonio in the Texas Hill Country. The community offers its residents a variety of on-site recreational opportunities, including tennis, swimming, fishing, canoeing, fine dining, horseback riding, a private sporting clays course, a state-of-the-art spa and athletic center and, of course, championship golf.
