The character of Dalhousie varies continually between undulating terrain, magnificent old growth forest, and spectacular water holes. The course incorporates zoysia fairways, fescue and bluegrass rough, G-2 bent grass greens and Princeville bent grass tees and collars. It also incorporates bunkering patterns used at the Bears Club in Jupiter, Florida, which is the private club developed persionally by Jack Nicklaus. A 15,000 square foot clubhouse and a 15-acrea practice facility will complement the 27 holes.
