Trophy Golf & Resorts Selected By Dolphin Captial Investors To Manage The First Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course In Greece

HOBE SOUND, Fla., Nov. 17, 2008 - Trophy Golf & Resorts, a boutique consulting, development and management company specializing in high-quality golf courses, private clubs, lodging properties and resorts throughout the United States and worldwide, today announced it has signed a long-term agreement with Dolphin Capital Investors to exclusively manage and operate the planned 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Kilada Hills Golf Resort in Peloponnesus, Greece. Kilada Hills, a high-end, master-planned golf and residential resort development, will be the first golf resort in Greece to showcase a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Dolphin Capital Investors is the leading residential resort investor/developer in the Eastern Mediterranean.

The 250 hectare (600-acre) Kilada Hills Golf Resort site occupies a stunning spot, located within a two-hour drive southwest of Athens on the Peloponnese Peninsula, close to Porto Heli, one of the most up-market, picturesque, second-home residential areas in Greece. Expected to open in early 2011, the resort will comprise a GHM-operated Chedi luxury hotel, 45 Chedi signature villas, more than 250 residential units and beach club, centered by an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Other resort facilities will include an equestrian center, winery, olive oil process facility and a small retail complex. With most of the key development permits already in place for the first phase of the resort, including the golf course and hotel, Kilada Hills is securely positioned to be one of the first residential golf resorts to come to market in Greece. Work on the first phase is expected to start on-site early next year.

"Dolphin prides itself in aligning with only the most talented and highly-regarded operators and developers to create unique and exclusive resorts across Southeast Europe," said Miltos Kambouridis, managing partner, Dolphin Capital Investors. "We are delighted to be partnering with Trophy Golf & Resorts and look forward to working with them to establish the first residential golf resort in Greece, in a setting of unrivaled and unspoiled natural beauty."

As part of the agreement, Trophy Golf & Resorts will head up the golf course development team by providing pre-development and development consulting services, managing the integration and opening of the golf course, and ultimately overseeing the ongoing operation of the golf course following its launch. Trophy Golf's appointment to the Kilada Hills Golf Resort project represents a significant landmark in the company's international growth and further solidifies Trophy Golf as a premier operator of Nicklaus-designed golf courses.

"We are very excited to partner with Dolphin Capital and be on the forefront of the emerging Eastern Mediterranean golf market to deliver an exceptional golf experience to Kilada Hills Resort guests and club members," added Michael Zmetrovich, CEO, Trophy Golf & Resorts. "We look forward to collaborating with a talented team of professionals, including Jack Nicklaus and GHM Hotels, to create a highly anticipated, world-class golf resort in Greece."

Peloponnesus, a peninsula forming the Southern mainland of Greece, is steeped in history, culture and Greek mythology. The greater Porto Heli area is known for its cloudless skies, light summer breezes, idyllic beaches and bays, archaeological treasures and cosmopolitan lifestyle. It boasts a yachting paradise with its beautiful, natural harbor and safe anchorage for large yachts. Perfectly poised on a gently sloping hillside dotted with mature olive trees, the prestigious Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course is being positioned as an unparalled world-class golf experience in Greece. Inspired by Ancient Greek architectural themes, while also maximizing the area's crystal turquoise water views and unspoiled, natural beauty of the rugged countryside, the course will be routed along the lower slopes of several valleys that lead to the sea and will feature natural rock outcroppings typically found throughout Greece.

A Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course is the highest standard of design offered by Nicklaus Design, and the process includes personal oversight and involvement in every step of the design and construction by the golf legend and today's preeminent course designer, Jack Nicklaus. Nicklaus is known for designing golf courses and communities that harmonize with each location's surroundings. He strives to work with raw land that he can utilize and enhance without taking away its character and uniqueness. Kilada Hills is the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Greece.

"Kilada Hills is on a dramatic piece of property and I was captured by its incredible potential the first time I visited," Nicklaus said. "I know the design we are creating will evolve into a spectacular course and hopefully will be one of the most sought-after golf experiences in Greece. This is my first course in Greece and I applaud the team Dolphin Capital is assembling, including the selection of Trophy Golf & Resorts, to manage the course for them."
