With projects in high desert, coastal dune and inland forest areas, Landscape Design Services has expertise in a wide variety of flora and climate.
Bill O'Leary, President of Landscape Design Services, has extensive experience in golf course design, working on more than 70 different projects worldwide, and has served as lead designer on projects in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

After working numerous years with Nicklaus Design, Bill turned his attention, in 2003, to a project's aesthetics when he launched Landscape Design Services. He understands all too well that beauty goes hand-in-hand with the golf experience and knows that a critical aspect of a golf course's visual appeal is the surrounding vegetation and landscaping. He has studied agronomy and horticulture extensively, applying his knowledge to such acclaimed projects as Punta Espada Golf Club, the breathtaking oceanfront course at Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic, as well as The Concession Golf Club in Florida, Red Ledges in Utah, and Jack Nicklaus' home club, The Bear's Club in Florida, among numerous others.

Through Landscape Design Services, Bill now offers golf course design clients a full menu of landscape services, from the initial consultation to plan documents that specify the ideal type and location of vegetation to frame and further beautify a golf course.
