Longview and it's surrounding environment will create a natural backdrop for the first Jack Nicklaus Signature Course in the Charlotte region, with a wooded, gently rolling landscape and wonderful features, including ponds, creeks and magnificent old oaks. By limiting the number of home sites that border the fairways, the developers have enhanced the serenity and playability of the course, and the overall golf experience. Elevation changes of over 70 feet, in addition to the Six Mile Creek preserve, will add beauty and drama to every round.
