Having acquired thirty years experience in "turn key" construction projects, GREGORI INTERNATIONAL and its founder, Jean-Louis GREGORI have achieved a strong unprecedented know-how in golf course construction and landscaping for high-end hotel resorts.

Recently, RITZ CARLTON, MARRIOTT and FOUR SEASONS hotels have awarded the construction of two 18-hole golf courses in Jamaica and Egypt to GREGORI INTERNATIONAL as well as landscaping in Nevis, West Indies.

Following these outstanding achievements, Jean Louis GREGORI through the GREGORI INTERNATIONAL company, has become the main shareholder of a development company called SOUTH PACIFIC GOLF RESORT DEVELOPMENT, headquartered in Papeete and has acquired control of a 165 hectare-property in TEMAE, MOOREA island.

Using a team of world-famous architects, SPGRD has designed and is to carry out the construction of a 5 star and 154-room hotel, a hotel residential housing estate with 84 rooms and suites in the pure Polynesian style plus a Championship golf course and club house drawn by Nicklaus Design. The construction of residential villas within the golf course and the mountain will be added to this luxury resort.
