First Ritz-Carlton Residential Golf Development Set For Jupiter, Florida
JUPITER, Fla. -- The first Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, an exclusive residential community, will be built in one of the most prestigious locations in the country: Jupiter, Fla.
Located in Palm Beach County, this 285-acre gated enclave will offer memberships to a private country club featuring a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, a Ritz-Carlton spa and three home ownership options. Members can choose from estate homes, courtyard homes and a fractional, residence club. The golf course opened in fall 2002, and the spa and clubhouse are slated to open in late 2003.

The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa is a 68,000 square-foot clubhouse offering amenities such as The Ritz-Carlton Spa, private dining and tennis courts. The 18-hole, Nicklaus Signature Golf Course is the first course designed for The Ritz-Carlton and features a 7,178-yard challenge. The 20 Ritz-Carlton Estate Home sites overlook the fourth, fifth and eighth fairways. By utilizing the Ritz-Carlton Estate Collection designs and the services of hand-selected architectural firms, owners will customize their homes to their personal preferenc es. Already in active sales, sites begin at approximately $675,000.
The 34 Ritz-Carlton Residences offer three-, four- and five-bedroom designs. Featuring courtyards with golf course and lake views, the Residences are distinguished by summer outdoor kitchens, pools and exterior landscaping and maintenance services. Prices range from $1.5 to $2 million with sales commencing next month.
Purchased in one-eighth interests, The Ritz-Carlton Club Homes are comprised of 67 furnished residences affording Members access for a minimum of 35 days each year. These fully equipped homes feature a formal dining area, living room, full kitchen, two master suites, marble sinks and flooring in the bathrooms, washer and dryer and outdoor splash pool. Members are also granted use of the personal concierge services. Sales begin in early 2002, with pricing starting at $220,000 per membership. Occupancy is targeted for November 2003.
