Spring Creek Ranch is a member of the Audubon Conservation Preserve with approximately 330 acres of natural beauty devoted to preserving the wetlands, wildlife habitat and surrounding ecosystems. It is primarily a "green course" with limited residential development planned in the future.

This 7,150-yards, par-72 Jack Nicklaus Signature Course works within the woodlands, wetlands and wildlife. One of the course's most unique features is the "plating" of the soil. Plating a golf course means there will be at least a 6 inch layer of gravel, like sand under the surface to provide easy drainage after heavy rains.

Spring Creek Ranch hopes to host a PGA Tour event sometime in the near future.
