The Jake to benefit Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation
The Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation will hold their fifth annual golf tournament , The Jake, on March 29-30, at The Bear’s Club in Jupiter, Fla. The event includes a pairings dinner and auction on Sunday, March 29, and a golf tournament and awards luncheon on Monday, March 30. The tournament is limited to 18 foursomes, with each group paired with a golf professional. The Jake is named in memory of Jake Walter Nicklaus, grandson of Jack and Barbara Nicklaus and son of Steve and Krista Nicklaus. The tournament honors Jake’s life, which was lost in a tragic accident in 2005, by raising monies for pediatric services dedicated to improving the lives of children.
