Ryder Cup Memories
Wednesday, September 20th marked the anniversary of Jack Nicklaus' famous conceeded putt to Tony Jacklin in the 1969 Ryder Cup. The Golden Bear, playing in his first Ryder Cup and in the final match, conceeded Jacklin's 2-foot putt on the final hole that resulted in the first tied team match in Ryder Cup history. To this day, Nicklaus' "Concession" is considered one of the greatest acts of sportsmanship in golf and in all sports.
Hear Jack set the scene for you.
